Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused or damaged, with tags, and in its original packaging or seal. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

If your return is accepted, you will be asked to ship the product back to the above address, and share the tracking details of the package with us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, this must be completed within the first 24 hours after receiving the products.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as all our Trading Card Games products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted, sale items, store credits or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically given store credit within 10 business days.

Order Cancellation

This pertains only to items that are not pre-ordered.

Regrettably, we are unable to provide a refund for order cancellations at present. Should you wish to cancel your order, you will be granted store credit that can be utilized towards a subsequent purchase. The store credit will be allocated to an account registered under the recipient's name, and can solely be redeemed by the individual linked to the account.

It is important to note that the store credit is non-transferable.

  •        A 7% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
  •        Sale, discounted, store credits, or gift cards purchases are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  •        Products must be sealed/unopened and in new condition to be accepted  .
  •        Damaged or opened products will not be accepted for returns/store credit.
  •        If you receive a damaged product, you are required to notify us by email with photo proof at within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  •        Store credit must be redeemed by the original purchaser and is non transferable.
